The Thrones

Twelve thrones stand in the council hall. Three are claimed. Choose the god you will play.

  2. Poseidon
  3. Hades

Hover or focus a claimed throne to call its god; arrow keys move around the ring.

The three claimed thrones

Zeus

Lord of the Storm Throne

Spell combos and precision damage. Power: Skyfire — Deal 1 damage to an enemy character. Deal 2 instead if you have already cast a spell this turn.

“I do not ask the storm to kneel. I command it.”

Poseidon

Warden of the Deep Tide

Board tempo and alternating tides. Power: Tidal Call — At Low Tide, summon a 1/2 Nereid with Guard. At High Tide, give a friendly unit +1/+1 permanently.

“Even mountains remember the sea.”

Hades

Keeper of the Dusk Ledger

Attrition, souls and recursion. Power: Grave Muster — Summon a 1/1 Shade. If you have at least 1 Soul, automatically spend 1 to summon it as a 2/2 instead.

“All debts find their way to my gates.”

How a throne works

Every god power costs 2 Aether and can be used once on each of your turns. A power is not a spell. Your chosen god decides which 70 exclusive cards you can put in a deck beside the 90 Mortals, and every deck holds exactly 30 cards.

All three gods are free to play from the start, each with a complete 30-card starter deck: Storm Ascendant, Sovereign Tide and Debts of the Underworld.
